Snack Kit Kat bars .49 oz

Inkjet or laser printer

Inkjet , laser or glossy photo paper of any light to medium weight 28
LB. (Hammermill Office One Business Gloss)

Cutting instrument or very sharp scissors

Gluestick or Double-sided tape

This snack Kit Kat, is the easiest to make and am sure you will find
that out, too. They’re already wrapped in foil and easy to work with. My
favorite to make and sell.

The measurements for the candy if you want to make a custom label are
(and this width helps to cover the

wrapper without having any peeking out of yours:

Width 2.45

Height 3.60

Guide lines for placement of graphics and text using the ruler guide in
your software:

5-9 Side bar for any text or graphic or left blank

9-20 Top of candy for graphic or any text

20-24 Other side bar

25-36 Back or bottom of bar for any graphic or text

This candy has a beveled appearance and you’ll notice when laying the
bar flat on the table where these side bars are. No rule on which
direction the first side bar should face, but is better if facing both
the same way.

Here is a picture of what the template looks like on our screen in the
software:

For print option, use the landscape as this will give you 8 wrappers per
page instead of 6 using portrait. In File/Properties in your software,
check the box for landscape.

wrappers you are ready for assembly. Run a glue
stick on the bottom edge about 1/2 inch area.

Take your wrapper and center the front graphic on the top of the bar,
wrap the left shorter side over which is the top of your wrapper and
hold in place. Now, bring the glued side over and while keeping the
sides even attached and press down the glued edge. If any adjustment is
needed, you can rotate your wrapper a little if necessary or to cover
the red wrapper.

With the guide lines that were included, the side bars, front and
backside will line up perfectly on your candy. The side bars are a good
place for the date of a wedding, names, or dividers or bars, or other
graphics.

The sides can be left blank, or if using a full background, you may find
it easier to make a thin line and light color on the side bar areas (5-9
and 20-24) to help with
placement. The top graphic can go over to the sides with no text, as
that is up to you and your design.

I know this it will become a favorite of yours also, they are so easy
and inexpensive as a giveaway or a favor and often the first choice to
order!

Good luck and happy wrapping!
