Hi all My trusty old laptop died last week and I had to buy a new one. Got all of my data transferred across, but I had to download Wrap Candy again. It won't now let me save as an image or print. Tells me I have to register, but I have paid for a lifetime subscription. Please help x

How do you find out what version you are using ? Just seen it at the top of the wrap candy...I am using 7.4 professional.

I have updated and also getting the big black splodge instead of text !!

What on earth is going on ? I have exactly the same problem ! Thought it was my laptop, so restarted it and still having the same issues. Nothing works.
