@Christine, what about the things she created and freely shared here on the forum? I know they are still copyrighted but as she herself shared for any member to snag, shouldn't we be allowed to re-share them here as long as her TOU is followed (eg: no digital downloads for selling)? What about...

@jnean I don't think so. If you look at her first "You may not" she says you can't sell them via download. But........that is just the way I read it, someone else's understanding may be totally different. ~sigh~ Sorry, not much help here. Okay, now I am even more confused because re-reading it...

@jenel, so, it sounds like we can share anything she has shared or anything we make with items we have purchased from her, just not the graphics by themselves? Long worded TOUs and Copyrights make me so confused.

Once again.......when her freebies were shared, I was shopping or zoned out. I only have seven of her monthly freebies. So.......please share away. I am always so paranoid about copyrighted items. I'm sorry, I thought jnean's original question was about things she purchased from Delightful...

My take on it would be, the freebies she shared should be allowed to be re-shared but the ones that members purchased from her wouldn't be allowed with the no digital downloads.

@jnean, if something is Copyrighted, it still applies even after a person has passed and as she has stated at the top of her TOU they are copyrighted. Probably the only way to know if her creations could be shared, would be to contact her family. But I agree, it would be nice to keep her talent...

I also have many, many, many of Tracy's graphics but they can't be shared according to her TOU. She was a wonderful and talented designer and is missed:(

Not the sushi socks but I thought these were so cute. You have to download the first two to see them and the instructions. No instructions with the third but pretty easy to figure out.
