Ditto what you said about Jenel sharing. I have quite a few programs that I have downloaded in the past, and open, then close them because they look too mind taxing. PSP does some photo editing but anything more than the basic steps is too complicated for my mind. But maybe I will try this...

Not just Windows 11, it affects some people with 10 as well and Chrome for example had an update not long ago and caused problems.

@zandragail & @lwiltse , I don't know what browser you are both using but Chrome is being nasty to some users so try switching browsers even if you are not using Chrome. May be a long shot but worth a try.
