Ok we now know what caused the problem. Now Ryan is working on a fix as quick as he can for us.
The problem is that Windows did two updates on the 13th (at least on my computer it was the 13th) called...
Update KB5005539
...and...
Security update KB5006670
Those updates (either one of them...
Don't do anything folks, trying something now that might work and if it does then we at least know what is the problem and what a work around is for now until it can be fixed. Hold on, I will be back in a few "knocking on wood".
Ryan wanted me to let you know that he is "aware of the problem and will figure it out one way or another". I'm working on things on my end too to see if I can sort it out. Will keep you informed as I can. Hugs.
It seems to only be messing up with the test yes, from what I am finding between mine and what others have mentioned here and in messages to me.
I have let Ryan know what versions you have posted that you are using, and thank you folks. It all works toward helping him get this figured out for...
Ryan says, "You may have some issues but they would be minimal and you should be able to open your templates. I would certainly try it. Just always remember to back up your cwr files."
So if you have any of your .cwr files inside of the wrapcandy folder, be sure to copy them into a separate...
I'm using version 7.4.7739.11685 -- but you bring up a good point Roxy [@wishfulthinker], maybe it's the newer version having the problems.

So stinkin' frustrating (to say the least). Mine is still doing it, no matter what I've tried. :*( I had four orders to fill tonight and tomorrow to ship tomorrow, but that isn't going to happen at this point. :*(
Ryan says it isn't doing it for him so far. He can't replicate it yet, if it isn't doing it. :( I did send him the screenshots from mine and from above, and also told him it's doing it to Donna's too. He first mentioned possibly due to a windows update. But mine hasn't done any updates for about...

Mine is doing it too. I'm not sure what is happening.
I have restarted the software, restarted my computer, nothing fixes it. I hope Ryan [@ryansaw] is able to come in and help quickly with it. I will message him on facebook too in case he sees that there first.
