Hi, have you installed 7.4 using the administration icon (see #12 above). This may well sort any underlying problems. Can't help with the code but I believe Ryan will be on in the next day or so to assist. The alternative would be to try uninstalling and reinstalling as sometimes this helps...
Hey @jenel. I don't know if this will work but I saw it in one of the answers on a different thread. Try changing your password then try and activate. You can always change it back to what it was after. Worth a try!
Hi @nelson, not sure what happens but if you open your programme to a blank page you need to click on the Help button on the top row. You will see a line which says register. Click on that and follow the instructions you will need to use your username and login to activate.
