HELP! My WrapCandy crashed

Help. My WrapCandy crashed. I am unable to open it. I have uninstalled it several times. Have reinstalled it, and it is doing the same thing. I click on the application, it starts it up, but shows no screen. I have to click on the icon on task bar to cl;ose it.

I AM GOING TO CRY!

What do I do?
