Hello. I just paid for the software and am having trouble registering it. I am getting the error message "registration failed. Not a registered member" Can someone help with this? Thanks.

I got an email that says ....
Registration: Successful
Login: CandyWrapDesigns
Password: XXXXXXXX
Product ID: 21

What is the problem?
