Should you have terms for your shares you can post them here for everyone. You can post an image or type them out or both.

Here are the general terms for the forum when it was established and it still applies today.

"TOU: This file is for Wrapcandy Members and may not be shared outside our domain and community.
Sharing Your Finished Picture is Always Encouraged as well as commenting, and liking content members who take the time to share and post. Please note that every member has their own Terms of Use.

In General, Paid members of the Wrapcandy Community are allowed to use images shared on the forum to create TANGIBLE handmade items that you Personalize for either yourself or your customers. They are not to be shared anywhere else or sold digitally unless granted by the individual.

Should you want to use any of my shares to sell, you MUST/SHALL purchase a re-sell license from me. I have 2 different ones: $5.00 ~ for 1 share only with less than 100 sales or $50 one for all my shares (must change them a little like customizing for your customer) for unlimited sales. You can message me with your PayPal address for a license and I will invoice you through PayPal so you have a tax deduction receipt. The license will be emailed to you so you can download it and save it to your computer in case you are challenged by anyone.

My terms of use (TOU) vary with my different shares, so I can't do a generic one here. But I do include my TOU's in each listing with things that I share, so I hope everyone reads them prior to deciding if they want to use/save that particular share.

Thank you to everyone for reading the TOU's of folks PRIOR to saving and/or using their items, it is greatly appreciated.

Not only appreciated, but it is just common sense that if someone is taking the time to make something for you and share it with you, that you respect what they want/need done with it. Please! Thank you!

In a nutshell, any shares, files, pics, graphics, etc.. that I share is not to be reposted or made available to download for others to download who do not have rights to the files either by virtue of being a member of the forum, purchase from my website ( coming soon ), or any other means I chose to make my files available.

As for my legacy files, since I see they have already been shared on the forum here, I'll grant amnesty on those files only.

Anything posted moving forward from this date, are my intellectual property and I grant you the right to use them on all personal or commercial projects. You are free to share your FINISHED products but the not the raw templates, graphics, or texts. You may sell your finished products made with my files without a need for attribution or linking but if you chose to you can just mention "Made by Wrapster"
