I used to have elite status and access to posting and shares the round ups and everything ...... right now I have access to nothing and it says I don't even have permissions to post - please help

I've been a member since 2009. I just recently logged back into the community and I am having trouble accessing forum elite member posts.
Error message " I do not have access to this area" What am I doing wrong? Could you please assist. I have updated my profile, including my email and Password.

My account has not bee restored. We have phoned, and opened two work orders.

I have also opened two different support tickets at the help desk and its approaching two months since I opened the first one. No response. Has Ryan gone MIA? I can't get into the Elite area and I paid for a Lifetime Elite Membership in 2016. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

Hopefully Ryan will show up and get things straightened out. Access to the forum is a separate purchase from the software.
I think it was on his Facebook page that he did some explaining about this.

I purchased the "wrap candy" in 2006, and upgraded to "wrap candy pro" in 2012. I can't transfer it to my new computer. Either one. I can't even transfer my photos to my new computer...ugh! (one of the complaints I have read about for this computer) I have emailed Ryan a couple of times, but I don't get a reply. I can log in, and post here ...but that's about it. Any help would be appreciated Please and Thank you. Also wondering if Wrap candy PRO, is the same as the 7.4?
