I hope you're doing well. Haven't been on the forum & used wrapcandy in August-worked then. Wondering if you can help me/point me in the right direction.I am not able to 'open an image' within the software to insert into wrapcandy. I see the option opening up next to the actual program icon at the bottom of my laptop screen, but I can't access it to insert an image into the program. Any clue what might be the issue?

Good afternoon! I am looking to restart with Wrapcandy but unsure how to get started. Years ago, I'm not sure if I purchased the Elite or Lifetime Elite. Can you give me some direction? I would also need to download the software again because my computer with the 7.4 version crashed so I no longer have access. Thank you for any help or direction you can provide.

I bought and used Wrapcandy program years ago and some recently. My question is I would like to be more involved now that I purchased a new laptop (Mac book Air) but how do I download the program to it and Update to it. My previous laptop was an HP.

Jenel, Thanks for the quick reply! I am sorry but I do Not know how to get you a picture. What I am refering to is the opening screen when you open the wrap candy program. Any chance you could e-mail me and answer my questions that way, I know how to attach files there or is there a YouTube video on how to use the program?

My wife is the one that uses the program I am her husband of 56+ years and am trying to help her learn the program. Is there a way to delete a project form the "Welcome to Wrapcandy " list, If so how do you do it? I have never used this conversation program so not even sure I will be able to find your reply, but I will do my best. Thanks!
