@jboykin One last thing you could try. Clear all your browser cookies. Then try from the blank page again. Sometimes if you haven't cleared your browser for a while it causes problems. Hopefully this might sort you out if what @jenel suggested hasn't.

p.s. @sammy - you may not need to purchase 7.4 depending on what membership you purchased. You can check this by going onto home page, clicking on accouont (top right hand side) and seeing your active resources. You may just need to click on the highlighted wrapcandy version - let us know how...
I think it probably will. I uninstalled and it worked fine but when I turned off there was an update waiting which caused same problem when I turned on again. It looked like the same update as I had uninstalled but maybe someone else can confirm if same has happened to them. I hadn't put pause...
@aruba123 - Ryan is aware of the problem which was due to a recent update on windows, and is working on a long term remedy. In meantime Christines answer will give you a work around (click on the light blue and it will take you to the thread for full info).
The following thread may help. There are fors and againsts for all printers, laser and inkjet. Personally I have one of each - some paper works better with ink jet some with laser. As you also have an edible you are probably one step ahead of most!

Can I suggest that both of you try clearing your cache / browser history. Then start again. It might just need a restart. Sorry working from phone so can't copy and paste as normal.

Have you checked updates as shown in #35 (page 2 on this thread). I know you found the work around thread which will help if you don't want to uninstall but it means all your wrappers will need to be manually cleared of the blob until ryan finds a solution
No, its 7.4 now. If you go to home screen (top left) click on that then click on account (top right) it will list your active resources. Click on the version showing as active and it will download. You will need to register software again which you can do by opening a blank wrapper page in the...
