@dcolangelo04 , Assuming you are using windows 10, open a blank page in wrapcandy. On the top line you will see the word help. Click on that then follow instruction to register the software. That should then allow you to print your wrappers. Let us know if it doesn't work please.

Sorry you are still having problems. Ryan has been contacted and believes the software may need to be updated. How ever he is currently without his back up files. We do not know how long it will take to fix the problem. In meantime do not re-purchase the software. So sorry to not be able to help...

Not sure that it will be the version @latitude. I am using the same as @tsidell without any problems. The only difference I think is that she is probably also on Windows 11. I am still on Windows 10.
