Fonts not all showing up in WC Program

I have a ton of fonts on my computer. I am trying to get them into the WC program on my new laptop, but am not having any luck. They are available in the program on my old laptop. Can anyone help? (I just deleted the program and reloaded it, but that didn't help.)

Thanks in advance.

Beth

I have not a clue. When I install a new font on my computer it automatically shows up when I reopen the wrapcandy program. Maybe someone who is more computer savvy can help. Sorry

Sorry Beth, no idea here either. I have never tried to install fonts into the WC program. When I install any new fonts I just put them in the fonts folder in Windows and they then show up where ever I use them, WC, Word, Excel etc. Like Jenel said, maybe someone will else will be able to help you.

You say you have them in your fonts folder, are they installed? Only installed fonts will populate in wrapcandy. If they are installed on the computer then I am at a loss

@sweetbeth the fonts you are trying to get to show up in WC, do those same fonts work in other programs on the new computer? Does your new computer run Windows 11? I read that Windows 11 can mess with some fonts that did not come with Windows and they may need to be re-installed.

Thank you for helping. Hopefully @sweetbeth will find a way. Maybe just double check as Donna and Jenel have suggested that the fonts are, in fact, installed on the computer and not just in the font folder.
