@latitude, Thanks for the info, Donna - this will be really useful for a lot of new members and some of the older ones (like me) who haven't got the info!

Donna, or anyone, do you happen to have the chart that was posted on the older forum that explains how many minis for the layers in the candy cakes?

Thanks Donna. I have only made 2 cakes over these years so I don't still have that chart either. Someone on here is asked me about it so I am trying to locate it for them. :)

I will recommend that to them too Roxy, thanks. :)

When I made the 2 that I did, I didn't pay attention to how many I used LOL.

4" circle = 12 minis
6" circle = 19 minis
8" circle = 26 minis
10" circle = 33 minis
12" circle = 38 minis

All figures above are approximate, it will depend on how close together you place the miniature chocolates.
