I have come to realize that there are so many people out there trying to make a go of small home based businesses. More often than not the cost of many resources for the small business person is restrictive, and therefore not an option to the business owner. It is because of this realization that I no longer require a commercial licence to be purchased to use my graphics for items for sale. I do however, ask that you adhere to the restrictions below.
YOU CAN NOT USE MY GRAPHICS ON ITEMS YOU MAKE ON YOUR COMPUTER AND SELL IN DIGITAL FORM ON LINE. NO DIGITAL MEDIUM. NO PRINTABLES.THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE IS EMBROIDERY PATTERNS.
This means that you can NOT create things such as DIGITAL candywrapper templates that you then sell ONLINE to candy wrappers so they can print them out and wrap candy with them. This includes ebay and any other AUCTION sites.
-You CAN ~ use the items for any and all crafts that you sell.
-You CAN ~ create candy wrappers for your own candy wrapping business and sell the wrappers ALREADY PRINTED. You can either sell them by themselves, or wrapped on different favors to fill your candy and favor orders. I sell a great deal of my graphics to the candy wrapping community. ***
-You CAN ~ print/use the items as many times as you want.
-You CAN ~ resize the items.
-You CAN ~ recolor the items.
-You CAN ~ add text and personalization to any items.
-You CAN ~ make items for sale on Cafe Press.

-You may not...~ use my graphics on PRINTABLES you sell or give away via download.
-You may not...~ redistribute the graphics in Yahoo groups, AOL lists, PSP lists, Tube lists, mailing lists of any kind.
-You may not...~ share, give, lend, or copy my graphics.
-You may not...~ post "shares" or "snags" of items made with my graphics on any forum or community boards.(unless you have my specific permission)
-You may not...~ use the graphics to put on CD's for sale.
-You may not...~ use the graphics on any site that displays, promotes or links to...any pornographic sites, any hate
sites, any child abuse sites, any racist sites.
-You may not...~ alter, or change my graphics in any way. (except to add text)
-You may not...~ use the graphics to design websites for clients.
-You may not...~ use the graphics to design business logos or trademarks.
