Shares Not Loading - SOS - Help

Hello Everyone

For some reason I am no longer able to get my shares to load on the forum with either of my computers. For both computers I have cleared Cache/Cookies, logged in/out and restarted 3x and still I am not able to get shares to load from either computer.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be going on? Any advise?

@makana - Are you trying to upload normal files, i.e.jpg/png. Or .cwr files.

I just tried to upload some PNGs. Some of them loaded, and some would not. I changed them to JPEG, and they loaded...... strange

They do for me too, but the shares of the Santa Letters were PNG and would not load b ut the others did. When I changed the letters to JPEG, they loaded. So who knows.

I have had a similar problem in the past.

Sometimes I also had to change the file extension eg: png to jpg or jpg to png. especially after and update.

Could also try and open WC in a different browser.

And of course, check the anti virus and firewall settings because they have a mind of their own (especially after an update) and decide to do their own thing.

Hi Jenel - I figured out that it will let me upload png's but not jpeg's. Is there a forum setting that is preventing the uploading of jpeg file formats? Going forward I will be sharing in PNG format. Happy New Year !!!!

Oh, I never thought about that. Will try that and see if saving jpg vs jpeg was the issue.
