Can't print anything black

Anyone else have this problem? I was having the same issue printing anything through google Chrome till i found it's an issue with chrome. Switched to another browsdde and it now works fine there. BUT wrapcandy still has the issue. Anything with black will not print. ???????

I just printed some things right from the program and black printed just fine

I haven't printed anything today but the program has been working just fine for me.

Also, I just printed something that I saved as a jpg to Chrome Photos from the program and it printed just fine

I have to save everything as a jpeg and print from windows photo to get it to priint. Not sure what suddenly happened.

Ooh err. My magic trick is turn it all off and start again. Not had your problem hope it sorts itself out. Good luck

Well not always. If I make something for a customer and want to print directly from the program, it's a pain to have to save it first. Especially if the program prints more than one to a page. Now I'm having to save on a full page template and then print from another progarm.

I just printed a bunch of things for my show this weekend and I had no issues. Try deleting cookies.cashe and they restart he computer and printer
