I'm assuming these are the standard open end - 5.2 x 5.5
I get 2 to a page with these settings on my printer:
(and print horizontal not portrait)

Margins:
Left - 0.01
Top - 0.01
Right - 0.01
Bottom - 0.01

Gaps:
Horizontal - 0.10
Vertical - 0.10

Width - 10.4
Height - 5.5
(but.....I usually set the height at 10.99 so I can add some smaller
things that I want printed so the extra paper is not wasted)
