Solved NEED HELP!!! Can't log into my program!!

I am so frustrated! I am a lifetime member and love wrap candy. Every year around this time when I go to log into my wrap candy program on the right hand side it says register. I type in my username and password and it doesn't work. I come to the website and my username and password work here but not for my actual program. Last year someone provided me assistance and what worked last year does not work now. Please help!!!! This always seems to happen when I am in the middle of a project with a deadline

Not any help here but Roberta was probably the one that helped you last year and she does check in here. I know she will try to help, but a lot has changed since last year.

Thanks! I'm hitting the panic zone at this point! I believe it was Roberta that helped me last year. She was awesome! I didn't realize there had been a lot of changes. I know that I still haven't received any help or response from the support requests. Does this mean there's a chance that my program won't be useable anymore??

I replied to your private message, so hopefully that will help by going through the main website instead of going here through the forum. I will keep up on it too, and let you know as soon as I can.

No it doesn't mean that it won't be useable anymore. There are a few folks who have needed to get it re-registered. Once they put in the helpdesk ticket through the main website, they got help from Ryan pretty quickly and got it going again. Since Ryan has things going again, it should stay working and not go down again in a year.
