Registering Wrap Candy Not Working

Hello All,
I am not able to register Wrap Candy and Jenel was kind enough to walk me through everything she knows what to do but nothing is working for me. Has anyone else had trouble registering the software and were you able to finally do it. Not sure what else to do at this point.

If not, have you tried clearing ALL the cookies/cache on your computer. That sometimes works (not knowing what you have tried already not sure what else to suggest)
