help with wrapcandy 7.1 software

Hello, I have wrap candy 7.1 professional . I tried to register my software I have a registration number but it is not working , how do I register it so I can use my software ? Do I need the new version instead ?

We are on version 7.4. I don't think 7.1 is supported any longer.

Go to your account page, and under active resources, you will see the 7.4 link in red. Update your program. I am not sure if it will have you buy it again. A lot of accounts went under when Ryan let wrapcandy go for non-payment

Hello

I have used the software in a long time. I have it on my laptop but when using it I cannot save anything. I keep getting an error. How can I fix this? I went to resources but didn't see active resources to try and download the software again.

In order to save or print, you need to register the program. See the first 3 pictures

The 7.4 program is under Active Resources on your account page. Click that link to reinstall and/or to update, then register it. See picture 4
